Use Moments only for its intended purpose — recording and sharing your own moments. Misusing the service is prohibited, including (without limitation) any illegal purpose, harassing or abusing other users, attempting to access another account or data you are not permitted to see, and disrupting or interfering with the service.
You are responsible for the moments, images, and other content you create. You keep ownership of what you create; you are responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms, and may suspend or terminate an account that violates them.
Moments is provided on an as-is, as-available basis, with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
